Beirut19 Writing Competition How to apply online |

Note: Step 1) and 2) are only for people who are not registered on the ROTA Knowledge Network. If you already have an account please go directly to Step 3).
1) Create an account on the ROTA Knowledge Network web site: www.rotaknowledgenet.org/user/register.
You will receive an email including your user name and password. You must follow the instruction in this email in order to complete the account creation.
2) Logon on the ROTA Knowledge Network website and follow the instructions: www.rotaknowledgenet.org/user
3) Register as an Adult Contact Person for the Beirut19 Writing Competition: www.rotaknowledgenet.org/knowledge-network/beirut19/cp-account
This page is where you can manage and see your account and the participants account and status.
4) Register the participants (the young Arab writers) by clicking on the "Add a Participant Application" on the right on your Beirut19 account page.
You can use the Participant Application Form in order to prepare all the information needed during the registration.
You will receive an email informing you that the participant application has been created.
5) You are done!
You can now go back to ”Step 4: Register the Participants” and continue registering as many participants as needed.
You can also come back later and register more participants by following this link: www.rotaknowledgenet.org/knowledge-network/beirut19/cp-account.
Please note that all applications will be verified and you will receive a confirmation email.
