How to register for the workshops

1) Create a user account - Start here

if you already have a user account, please go directly to the next step: b) “Logon ...”

a) Create your ROTA Knowledge Network user account.
You will receive an email including your user name and password. You must follow the instructions in this email in order to complete the account creation.
b) Logon and complete your user profile.
Verify that the 4 below sections of your profile are completed; you will not be able to register for the workshops if the above information in your user profile are not provided.

2) Register for the workshops
a) Download and complete the 3 below documents
Note: you will need to upload(1) the 2 below documents during the registering in step b. The documents can be uploaded in the following formats: .doc .pdf . jpg .png
b) Start the online registration process

Complete and scan the 3 above documents.

Click on the registration link and complete the Form. Please make sure you read and understand the commitment statement for Workshop B. Upload the 3 above documents. They can be uploaded in the following formats: *.doc, *.pdf, *.jpg or *.png.
You will receive an email informing you that your registration has been created and that it will be reviewed.
You are done!
We will review all the registrations and you will be informed if you are accepted or not on March 8th latest.
